Drove in from Brisbane, a weekend stay at Varsity Lakes was hungry and craving Japanese food, needed a quick run by the beautiful lake first. Feeling rungry now, i found this cute little Japanese place still open and happy to serve me (humbled, they stayed open for me 😭). Teriyaki ch Bento was delish, and the sauce was authentic to how a traditional Teriyaki sauce should be and not fake and starchy like most other places. Yum yum yummy thankyou 💖

Wonderful wonderful wonderful, 10/10. Highly recommend the soba or udon, delicious and crispy tempura, most authentic flavours outside of japan.

I've been coming here for the last 2 years and absolutely love the food and friendly service. I am always welcomed with a friendly warm hello and a smile. The prices are good value and the most competitive I've come across compared to other sushi restaurants. I love their daily specials, especially the chicken avocado and karaage chicken bowls. There's an abundance of amazing food options on the menu. I wish everyone knew about this place! The only downside is the weak phone reception. Other than that, an amazing restaurant :)

Always fresh and delicious. Service is terrific also - prompt and efficient. We love Sushi & Tempura - the best Japanese on the Gold Coast. Our favourite menu items are the rice bowls and the various sushi options. We try a different meal every time we order. You can't go wrong!
